Spirituality

Relationships
We are social creatures who need connectedness. Relating genuinely to others reveal so much about ourselves in this world. Who are you close to and do these people really know you?
Family
Do you invest in family or take yours for granted? The power of knowing that there are people who have your back (whether they are connected to you biologically or not) is priceless! Time to be thankful…
Vocation

Hydration

Movement

Research shows that even exercising for 30 minutes and then sitting for the rest of the day does not help to ensure better health…find out more about how to easily be more active every day in Chapter 7!
